He is the absolute slowest vet I have ever been to. I waited 3 hours and there were only 3 ahead of me and one of them simply needed put to sleep. Be prepared for a very long wait

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
