So knowledge, sympathetic, reasonable, fair and unlike other vets. They will talk to you over the phone and not just try to get you to come in to make money. They are very knowledgeable and very reasonable. They truly care about your pets.They are always very fair with pricing! Extremely knowledgeable! They insisted on running a parvo test on my puppy when it had symptoms even though I didn't really want to. Indeed it did have parvo and this allowed the puppy a chance. They do not push services on you but will strongly advice only when they really feel it necessary. I trust them because of what I've been through with them. Even when I had to take a sick dog elsewhere because it was being paid for by Friendly Pets Dr. Elizabeth still spoke to me in person and over the phone about my case when most other vets would have sent me along my way.

Highly disappointed! My dog got blisters on all 4 of his paws, he seemed to be in pain so I wanted to take him in to see if there was anything more I could do for him. His appointment was at 10:30. During his 10 minute appointment, I was told nothing really could be done for him and it would have to heal over time. With that being said, I was appalled that they charged me 46.00 for doing absolutely NOTHING! I will not be bringing my dog back here. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. This was absolutely ricdiculous. My dog has been coming here since he was 8 weeks. And to think they charged me a "sick visit" and nothing was done for my dog is absurd.
