I've decided not to go there any more. I'm so upset right now. I've taken my dog (chewy) just in case the vet really reads these. I'll not name her but she knows who she is. 3 times during the last year complaining about eruptions on his back. We were sent home ever time with the same explanation " hmm I don't know what it is. She never cut away the hair to actually see them. Well today I did. There were dead fleas at the site of each site. Chewy is on Sorrento and Braveto which I pay an arm and a leg for from the clinic. But I was never explained that these medications allow the fleas to bite but die after eating the blood.
In the mean time my dog suffers from the bite, needless to say we probably have fleas in our house now that jumped off before biting. I'm sad mad and going to call in the morning to get reimbursed for the last three visits where she just ran her fingers through his hair and said she didn't know. NEVER AGAIN WILL SHE TOUCH MY ANIMALS.

Poor excuse for a vet service. We had our pet put down because of an illness, and it took an hour to complete the process in the meantime mutilating our pet and traumatizing my spouse who has never had to experience putting an animal down. This experience is not how a family should have to remember their pet.

Staff was rude when complained about it, making it OK what the vet had done and how it was handled. I have never heard of ANY euthanize process taking an hour. I understand complications happen etc, but there was absolutely no excuse for the service we endured.

Nothing but a pathetic apology from one of the technicians, but nothing from the business or from the vet personally! I can't imagine how animals get treated on a regular basis there. I know that this place has had a bad rap in the past, but I was informed by a current customer that their service and vets have been replaced and has gotten better.....unfortunately, I was not able to see that during this experience.
