For the most part, I was pleased with the service provided to my pets at this animal hospital. There were a few occasions where I felt that I was being made to feel as if I wasn't providing the very best for my pet, and I was pushed towards very expensive tests that I had told them I could not afford. Other than that, I feel everyone at Valley Animal Hospital, from the greeters to the office staff to the vet techs to the doctors, were absolutely wonderful and they understand the stress that both the owner and the pet are under when going to the vet.
