They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the whole office from the front door to the back door. This group deserves some type of AWESOME DR AND STAFF AWARD! My son is in a W/C and Bud is his BFF( not to mention the rest of the family adore him as well ) my son was able to call whenever day or night and find out how Bud was doing. Bud came home today and my son has tears of joy instead of pain..Thank you each and everyone of you including the staff at the hospital. YOUR THE BEST

Paul Bookbinder is a phenomenal surgeon & vet. He's done all but one of the surgeries on my animals for the past 15+ years (and that was an out of town emergency). I now live 2 hours away from his office, and still drive there. Compassionate, approachable, generous with his time and energy, highly skilled - can't say enough great things about Paul. My only complaint: he won't do surgery on humans!

His staff is equally skilled, attentive and compassionate.

Absolutely two thumbs up.
