Always good with my pets rates are very affordable . Not like the Vet Clinic that is way out of my range

This vet checked our puppy for the breeder before we purchased. He said the dog was healthy on a Missouri Health Certificate. The dog was NOT HEALTHY at all. She had a severe heart murmur that would have killed her within a year and required a surgery for PDA for $5,000. He admitted to making the mistake and didn't care at all. I doubt he cares about any animal he sees. This man is a liar, and a fraud.
