Have had taken my cats in for years, went to make appointment and told that i am in their system but because it's been 3 years since last visit, i am considered new client and they are not taking new clients. So much for taking care of old clients. If it's been a while since your last visit, don't waste your time calling....LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE
