We have taken our animals to Dr. L.R. Smitherman for years and fear when we have to go some where else if a serious problem.

Dr Smitherman is a wonderful vet who truly cares about his patients and their owners. I have been taking my pets to him for 30 years.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I really appreciated how gentle and careful they were with my pet. They considered my pet's injuries, and made sure that they didn't add to any pain that my pet was in. They didn't really charge for office visits until recently. Dr. Smitherman has taken care of my Grandmother's pets, my parent's pets, my brother's pets, and my pets for years and years and we have always been happy with him.
