Dr Battich is a wonderful & caring vet who takes time to explain things.
He's extremely gentle with the pets.

This office is very happy to poke & test anything they can on your pet. They gave extra shots not requested. Undid ear medication that was just put in week prior & charged for more. Top it off they sold me a 12 oz bottle of ear cleaner that expires in 4 months. They would not take the ear cleaner back & refund me the $27 for something with no shelf life. They did wave the extra fees beyond the what the neuter certificate covered but it was a fraction of what the first rip-off was. They claim it was a mis-communication and the office staff never apologized only the Vet that had nothing to do with it did. I would never recommend them for anything.

Nice front staff. Difficult to get an appointment, their hours are fluid. Not an organized office. I had the impression that Dr. Batich did not listen thoroughly and was very disappointed that, after several visits, his final recommendation was to visit a larger vet hospital for tests. A lot of time was wasted coming to this conclusion and my pet's health was deteriorating.

I felt they did not show concern for the issue my pet had. I did not receive any follow up to the diagnostic tests that were recommended by Dr. Batich. My pet was diagnosed with cancer at the larger vet hospital, tragically passed away soon after and I'm still receiving postcards that my pet is overdue for vaccinations. Extremely sad to see these postcard reminders. I will never return nor will I recommend them.
