Starting with the receptionist, they were wonderful, they saved my dogs life after she had puppies, I'd already been to the Mt. Vernon pet emergency clinic all night and she was only getting worse and they wanted 2000 dollars to move forward or to forfeit the dog. When I got ahold of sedro woodley vet, the doctor wasn't even in yet but the receptionist had him call the minute he got there and when I told him what was going on he just said bring her, right now, even though he had surgerys all day. And for 178 dollars she went from couldn't lift her head , couldn't walk stiffening up , I thought she was dead once,... 178 dollars and 15 minutes I was on my way home and half way there she was back on her feet . EVERYONE THERE WAS THE BEST. And I hope they become my forever veterinarian since my old one of 30 years retired and moved to Mexico last year. They're awesomell

This vet clinic has recently changed ownership. My experience was embarrassing and demeaning, the Doctor was rude and cared nothing for my pet. His only concern was money. I needed to find a vet for my cat and stopped by this clinic to pick up a few cans of a special diet food. I walked in the door about 15 min after they closed not knowing the hours; the door was open and I was greeted by a sweet vet tech. Not long after the doctor plowed into the room and told me I needed to hurry that they were closed. I explained that I was there for a cat that had to be on a special diet. He cared nothing for what I had to say except call your vet and get a recommendation so you can buy the food and I can close; my tech is on the clock. He didn’t inquire about the animal health. His goal was to make money on cases of special food he thought he was going to sell was my best guess. He cared nothing for the fact I would be a future client. I will not return and would always question his motives. Poor business, bad attitude and a purely monetary focus; my animal would not receive professional care. . He made me feel like I was an intrusion on his wallet. I walked out and won’t return and will share my experience.

they did an excellent job with my cat who got hit, the vet was very good with him and explained everything to me. the staff was always very friendly and helpful and was able to get my cat in immediatly on a few occasions when he needed it,vet also callled after the cat was all fixed up to see how he was doing. also have taken my dogs their and was very satisfied with their work. will continue to use them when my animals need care.

I loved how quickly they were able to get my pet in. My pet didn't have to suffer in the waiting room at all which I appreciated very much. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've never had a problem getting an appointment with them at the time I want on the day I want. They're always very flexible with their appointment times.

We have had several very positive experience with the new Vet at this clinic. In the past yr we have had some serious medical problems which he handled thoughtfully and successfully. We are very pleased that each of our pets were able to recover quickly under his care. We know that we can count on him to work methodically through the issues until he finds the best solution for out pets, and our pocket books. The office staff have gone our of their way to accommodate our needs. The vet has come to know us and out pets visit to the next. They are not afraid to walk in the door and are treated with affection. The staff goes out of their way to make us and our pets feel as comfortable as possible.

Their primary concern is my pet's safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address my concerns. It was nice to see them treat their staff with respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The staff went out of their way to make my pet feel welcome. It felt like they really cared about both of us.
