We were not allowed into the exam room with our dog, Smokey, but he seemed to be okay with that. The prices were reasonable and we are going back there with our other dog, Mia.

First time meeting Dr Rudinski and I was pleasantly surprised to find him personable, knowledgeable and compassionate...He was very patient and loving with my little guy and took the time necessary to answer my questions to the fullest....Highly recommend!!!

The staff is friendly and the vet care is superb. I’ve been taking my dogs there for 2 years and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

Wonderful! Came from upstate NY and had a vet that was compassionate knowledgeable, there for the animals not the money. Went to one vet, knowledgeable but very expensive, gave a lot of meds. Went to Dr. R, very impressed, compassionate, knowledgeable. Have3 dogs, and had to euthanize my 17 year old shih-tzu. Dr. And staff very sympathetic , let ne stay with my Rocky for as long as it took to say goodbye. I have 2 other dogs and live 30 miles away now. I will continue to have him for our family vet. Dr. And staff our great.

Although I thought Dr. Ed was great, unfortunately, I've has several issues while working with his staff. On the last occassion that I had contact with his staff the receptonist was so rude that a friend of mine stated that they would never take their pet there in the future. She recently had a baby so when she was first very rude I just figured she was stressed given her recent pregnancy (she used to be very nice at one point). But after the last visit the kind of service I received was highly unprofessional. She was absolutely ridiculously rude and given this experience, along with others with various staff members (they would make errors while I worked with them), I decided to return to a familiar vet clinic. I've actually been able to work with a new vet that is amazing there and communicates with the staff when any issues arrive due to change over. I've never had to worry about dealing with rude or unprofessional behavior at this location as well. If you decide to visit Dr. Ed's office, take heed of his staff since you may need to speak with them more often than you would Dr. Ed.
