I've taken my last 3 pets to Dr. Rowe and have never experienced anything but kindness from her or her staff. She answers questions and doesn't just do tests... she gives her medical opinion and treatment options which is always about what might be best for the pet. I would trust my grandchildren with this Doctor and that's saying a lot.

Dr. Rowe has nice staff that are extremely warm and friendly. However, Dr. Rowe has not proven to be a competent veterinarian in our view. Partially due to her inability to diagnose a back issue with our beloved dog Coco, he is no longer a part of our lives. We have used Dr. Rowe for 6 years mostly due to the friendlies and accommodating attitude of her staff. Throughout the years- we have suspected a lack of competence and several times we needed a 2nd opinion on her diagnosis. As of today 7-13-16 we will no longer be a customer. Unfortunately, we finally learned our lesson in the worst possible way.
