I’ve been going to Reynolds Road Animal Clinic for years. When Doctor Belt came to the clinic I was delighted. She is knowledgeable, compassionate & patient. This morning I found a kitten dragging its leg behind it. I called the clinic & was met with the unpleasantly of speaking with Shauna. I explained the problem.& was given a curt we’re double booked. I understood that, I asked what I should do thinking she might have Dr. Belt call me. But she said curtly “take it somewhere else & slammed down the phone. It was very abrupt & uncalled for. I love Doctor Belt but doubt I will ever go there again.

I was a returning paying customer until approximately my seventh visit with Dr. Belt. I was waiting in an occupied front lobby with my children when I was approached by veterinarian technician, Meredith verbally told me in front of customers that my pups had caked dirt under their nails because they were living directly on dirt, and I rebutted that they were not living on dirt. Mind you Dr. Belt literally just removed their declaws and docked their tails. She then handed $78.00 plus bill over to the receptionist. What the hell
