Whenever I bring my pet in for an appointment, they always address both of us by name and make us feel welcome. The staff is all very friendly.

I was impressed when I saw that they were using advanced, current equipment. It made me feel so much better knowing that my pet was being treated with top-of-the-line equipment.

MY ONE COMPLAINT, AND WHY WE WILL NEVER GO BACK:
Charlie has had health issues over the last couple of years, and has had to spend several nights at the vet on different occasions.
This last time, when we picked him up, he was returned to us with quite a bit of dried on feces on his hind-end and tail. This was how we had to take him home, and then bathe him before bringing him into the house. Thankfully we have hot and cold running water outside. Charlie is not one to mess in his kennel. He is a very clean dog. Leaving a dog in their feces boarders on abuse!

When I called today to cancel his follow up appointment, and stated why I was cancelling, there was no apology. The response was "well, call us if Charlie's condition worsens"

Up until this incident, I would have given Raintree Veterinary Center a 5-Star rating. If there would have been a simple apology when I called today, I would not be writing this review. But $700 for a 1 night stay, to have our dog returned covered in feces, then to not even receive an apology when it was brought to their attention, is inexcusable. They are being paid to 'care' for my dog, not just 'medicate' my dog!
