I've never seen a farrier be more careful or gentle than they were with my horse. My mare felt so much better when we left. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never had a problem getting an appointment with them. They're always very flexible with their appointment times. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They offer the best service I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how much it saved me to take my horses to HoofPros. They had the best Service that I've ever seen at any farrier. I found a spot right next to the shop and it is easy to locate just off IH 35W at exit 38 in Burleson.

I've never had to remind them who I am or what my pet's condition is, they remembered both of our names by the second appointment. They go out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed. They always return my phone calls within the same day. It's so great, especially when I need a question answered right away. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
