Dr. Pludow is an EXCELLENT vet. He has kept my cat alive and comfortable in circumstances I would not have ever believed possible. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their staff is friendly and professional. They make good recommendations and I won't trust any other vet.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They seemed to know enough about veterinary medicine, but I wouldn't call them an expert. I'm hoping I can find someone else more knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
