I have always been satisfied with the staff and care that is given to my pets. Their tolerance of my large and sometimes jumpy dog and their patience, support, and education in terms of home care for two terminal cats and the choice of euthanasia for one of them at the office (my first time), along with their support and assurance throughout that particular appointment was very important to me.
