We've brought our pets to them for 18 years. In the last year, we've noted a marked decline in the interest, care, or flexibility of the personnel here. When Dr. Frazier ran the hospital, everyone was attentive, creative, and put the pets & humans first.
The vet tech was apparently unable to get a blood draw today because our dog was anxious & peed on herself in the process. Our dog never has a problem & we have a mobile groomer that comes to the house twice monthly & has no problems doing all manner of things to groom a nearly 1 year old standard poodle. Our dog had to relieve herself immediately upon leaving the office after we were informed that we have to come back tomorrow. It wasn't presented as an option, it wasn't a question. There was no care or interest in trying again with one or both my wife & I present with a dog who stands still while we wipe her down after each of her 3 daily walks when it's raining or wet.
Overall, our decision was to find a new vet based on recommendations from friends. Until the pet care returns to pet care hospital, we will go elsewhere.
