I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. Conveniently located across from Lowes. I had a great experience. I will say however that although I was happy with them as my vet, I moved away and hadn't had my cat to a vet in a bit over a year. We were looking at adopting a puppy and wanted to take both to the new vet for the first time together. The adoption people asked for the contact info of our last vet .When they called this vet they were told, by the vet, that they wouldn't say if we were good pet owners when we were their patients because they hadn't seen our cat in a year and were concerned we hadn't started with a new vet yet. It sounded like they had inferred we were bad pet owners. Because of what this vet said and the way they said it we lost the puppy, which we had spent several hours meeting with the puppy and its foster family and everyone was very happy. We had to console 3 crying children in the aftermath. The reason we were so hurt was that we had gone to this vet for several years, had been one of their original clients upon opening and had worked through our cat having escaped and gotten bit then having surgery with them and months of care afterward to bring him back to health with this vet. Then they turned around and said negative things about us.
