I was fortunate enough to get a same-day appointment without an extended wait to be seen. I did not experience the friendliness from the vet nor the technician, both came across as cold with no real concern for the sick but precious little puppy, possibly a throw away, I presented with. An actual physical was not performed, however two tests were supposedly done that yielded unfavorable results. A good deed was done by the doctor, however, with regards to the situation....so perhaps it was an off day which is very unfortunate because I will no doubt be extremely reluctant to use this particular clinic again.
