Dr. Sargeant is one of the very few vets who will treat feral cats, and the cat rescues in Shasta County depend on his kindness, judgment and expertise. He charges far less than any other vet, making care affordable for all the people as well as rescues. His 40 years of experience are evident in his encyclopedic knowledge and surgical skills as well as his true caring about animals. A stellar vet... and a stellar human being!

I learned of this clinic from another customer and took my elderly dog family member there for a cough. Dr. Sargent informed that my dog family member had cancer & the prognosis was maybe two months left and to go enjoy the rest of our time together. He explained eveything clearly, was excellent with my friend and did not charge for the visit. Its a blessed six months later from that visit and unfortunately it is time to say goodbye to my friend. Im in tears right now as we prepare for the trip to this wonderful vet. I would and have highly recommended this clinic to anyone who has pet friends/family.

Dr Sargent is a kind and very qualified veterinarian. I trust him with all of my animals. His two and four legged clients always come first and his prices are reasonable.
