Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Dr. Hanson took care of our prior dog for over 12 years and even performed a delicate surgery on him with great success. In addition to being highly compentent, he spoke to us in layman terms so we fully uderstood what was going on at all times. If we ever had a question, he would speak to us immediately or would return a call if he was busy with another pet at that moment. He gave us confidence in him and his judgement, and made us feel as though we were part of the process. We were very pleased to find him in his new location in Sugarwood Plaza and look forward to the years of care he will give our new puppy. Thank you Dr. Chris!!!
