Love this doc, but hate her staff. I actually got in once just for rabies vaccinations for my dogs and really loved Dr. Nazzal. I work full time, so I really can't make appointments and expect to keep them, so I've stopped by on 2 other occasions, but was turned away by the staff because I didn't have an appointment (clearly no one else was in the waiting area). So, I gave my business to a clinic just down the road (over $200 for one visit). The reason I reviewed negatively is due to the poor customer service, not the vet.
