I loved this place till i found that they mis diagnosed my dogs prob...too many times....and one thing they had us do actually made it worse, lots worse...many many visits, lotsa hundred dollars...one thing they had us do another person said is why my dog kept having probs...i was told by other clinic NEVER PUT PEROXIDE IN A DOGS EAR, THAT'S WHY YOUR DOG KEPT GOING BACK! New vet solved prob, 1 visit, follow up soon is actually free too, and i could never be so happy...i am disgusted now knowing what i know, wont say all here. This is a small town and i dont bad mouth, but my dog is my child so they could kiss my A.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
