Terrible customer service and a very bad attitude from the lady at the front counter. Tells us one thing then says something else regarding charges. She needs another career not dealing with people. The vet didn't even have the common decency to talk to us and just cowered in the back hoping we would leave. Much better service can be found elsewhere.

I made several visits to this office to meet one of the Recycled Rover German Shepherd's listed on Pet Finder.com. In addition, I made several calls to the office to make inquiries about the adoption process.

Upon both visits the staff were very kind, professional and most helpful.
Their Recycled Rover site clearly states that their adoption process can be lengthy as they operate with a volunteer staff of one. We found this to be
Our greatest disappointment, as we are anxious to bring the pup we chose home as soon as possible.

To date, we have had a good experience and are keeping our fingers crossed that our pup has a good introduction with the rescue pup.
