My dog has been itching - no fleas, no obvious skin condition, good diet, daily grooming. I took her in for an examination. Dr. Amber Melton (at a different location) was very nice, open to herbal remedies, but she did NOT examine my dog, seemed afraid of her although my dog was mellow, and she said it was seasonal allergies, suggested Benadryl, and prescribed $35 ear drops. I paid $60 for this (senior discount), plus the drops but the itching has persisted and now it looks like mange on one of her elbows. I called the vet clinic today to see about an appt. with a more experienced vet, but was told she's the most experienced they have. I am not impressed.

TI have to say Amber "saved" two of my family members and with a very professional manor!
My doberman mix had torn her main tendon on her left hind leg and no one wanted to help. Amber did without a doubt and she is fine...almost three years later, no problem!
My toy fox terrier was attacked by a coyote. Causing all ribs broken on the left side and a collapsed lung, no problem...she fixed him and with compassion for my dog.
She is wonderful and so is the staff, I am VERY happy with Mountain View clinic.
And thank you for all you have done for me.
