He's a wonderful man and great with dogs and other house pets especially cats. In my opinion, he was the only veterinarian who really knew how to work with cats well. He comes to your home which is a lot less stress on your pet and you. He came to my home in Lebanon some years ago and put my 16 and 1/2 year old Siamese cat to sleep who I love dearly. His wife who works on the phone as his receptionist and helper, is a very nice lady as well. I highly recommend him.

I don’t know if Dr. McCue is a good veterinarian or not. I called and made an appointment for my elderly dog who has hip and back issues from arthritis. I thought it would be better for a veterinarian to come to the house since my dog has difficulty walking on the slippery floors at my normal veterinarian and hates the car. I was waiting by my front door for my 10:45 appointment at 10:30. When Dr McCue had not arrived by 10:50 I wondered if it was too soon to call to see how late he might be. I can be fussy about timeliness and I know that is annoying to others and so I waited to call at 11:00. I got the answering machine. You always get the answering machine. No one ever answers the phone. So I left a message saying that it looks like you are running late do you have an idea what time you will be here. Five minutes later I got a call from the secretary who said that Dr McCue was at my front door at 10:15. OMG I was in the basement and couldn’t hear the doorbell. I asked her why he didn’t call. I had my phone on me and he could have called. I was home. I just couldn’t hear the doorbell and besides that, he was supposed to be there at 10:45. I asked her to reschedule and she said that he can’t come back for 2 weeks. Heaven forbid you have an emergency. Don’t bother. Communication is too difficult. I was told that I had written down the wrong time. The secretary made no attempt to make things right. Like I said, don’t bother calling Dr. McCue.

Dr McCue is one of the most compassionate veterinarians I have ever met. His visit to my home on St Patty's Day 2018 was my first encounter with him. My old Monkey kitty, just shy of 17, took a turn for the worse while I was away all day. His wife was wonderful and caring on the phone and fit us in that afternoon. Dr McCue made such a tragic event much easier for me and for Monkey as being euthanized was the only option. We need more vets like him!

Very caring vet. We've used Dr. McCue for immunizations. His practice returns calls promptly. I only wish they had an actual brick and mortar location for regular visits.

He comes to our home so I don’t t have to take our 6 cats and 2 dogs to his office. He only charges us one Office fee instead of 8 Office fees if we’d have to bring them to any other vet. It saves us a lot of money and he’s very smart , kind knows exactly what the animals need .

Since childhood he has been our family's veterinarian and so it only came natural that I've continued to have him for my own fur family. Friendly and so informative. Bonus his wife is amazing so calling with questions and concerns is never a problem. Wonderful people.
