wonderful doctor, great bedside manner but her hours of operation are not good. called the doctor today cause my dog is showing signs of being sick, totally lethargic and slow moving. called the doctor and was told he could not be seen till next week. really??? i need to wait 5+ days for my dog who could be really sick because you can't find time in your schedule to squeeze him in? She really is a great and compassionate doctor except when it comes to being available

Dr. Martinisi is the BEST !! The love and caring for animals is apparent the minute you meet with her. Our family loves her and so have all our dogs.

She's a wonderful vet. You can tell she really loves cats, and is very devoted to her profession. She's honest, affordable, and doesn't over charge, or insist on unnecessary expensive procedures-she always makes me aware of options that are more affordable, if applicable. She has certain hours just for phone in questions. She's very good with my cat.

I've never had to remind them who I am or what our dog's condition is, they remembered both of our names by the second appointment. Not to mention we have had as many as six dogs at one time.They go out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've rarely seen a vet be as careful or gentle than they are with all of our animals. All my questions are always answered clearly and thoroughly.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never left my pet unattended and were very attentive and caring. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
