I really would like to think that Magnolia staff care about my dogs but after my last experience, I cannot make that statement. They did not properly care for the safety and wellness of my dogs staying 6 nights. Less than 24 hrs there, they notified me that my 3 year old otherwise healthy dog had suffered dehydration and was in their hospital with ivs inserted and were getting him stabilized. WTH? Dogs don’t get dehydrated on their own. This was neglect. And had this been a child in day care, someone would be in jail. I need answers and something besides “I’m sorry” from the staff. I am thankful the dog is alive but this was totally caused by Magnolia and unacceptable. My other dog came home dragging his back leg and is still limping. I have no answers as to what happened. I don’t know how to ever trust them again and don’t want this to happen to other dogs. Can someone tell me what to do next?
