Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was left in the appointment room by myself while they ran a test, but they eventually returned. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've already been recommending them to everyone I know. I know that any pet would benefit from their care. Dr. Crock saved my puppy from Parvo.
