My old dog was dehydrated and only took him to this place as regular vet wasn’t available for Sunday emergency call. Huge mistake!! After putting us in a tiny room, staff took my dog to the back and kept him there for the next two hours. No communication on their part so I wasn’t sure what they did to him, I did hear him scream in pain and had to use my phone to get information, they would not say what happened only that he was in an incubator and they were waiting for test results. Staff had no kindness, no compassion. Staff was clearly annoyed at me for being concerned for my dog. My dog arrived there a bit weak and unsteady, they wouldn’t let me have him till after the extremely expensive bill was paid, by then whatever they did to him left him traumatized and exhausted . He made it through the night but I had to take him to regular vet next morning as he only got weaker, had to say goodbye to my fur baby. Your pet will be better off going anywhere else.
