Took my dog to a back room to get his vitals, 20 minutes later iI am still waiting for info on my dog, the front desk was annoyed when i asked about him!! Why do they hide in the back and let me wait and worry like that?? Will never re this place!! Horrible people skills, no clue how my dog is doing
