I chose this because they were the only ones opened on Sunday. My 16 year old Jack Russell had been failing over the past couple of weeks, and we just couldn't watch him wither away any longer. We took him to Kindness, and it was the best decision we could have made. They let us sit out in the sun until they were ready for us. We paid in advance so as not to prolong the agony. There was no upselll for a private cremation we already told them we could not afford, and didn't even charge us for a visit. The vet was kind and compassionate as was her technician and staff. The vet cried with us, and hugged us both. She also councilled us on the grieving process, and assured us we were doing the right thing by our beloved Benny.
