They upsold me on sedation free cleaning for my dog, when they knew he needed a deeper cleaning. Had to go back a month later, they charged me for the pre clean visit then cut his nails too short and he cant walk now and they charged me for the meds for their mistake. Everyone here is nice and polite and very friendly, but they hurt my dog and they charged me when they shouldn't have. I don't go to the vet to make friends, I go to take care of my animals.
