Terrible service ! Irresponsible ! I made an appointment for my dog which needed urgent care. When I went for my appointment they turned me away claiming I made no appointment even though my dog needed urgent medical care. Apparently Dr. Howard's son took my appointment and he was substituting for the usual office staff and he failed to record the appointment. They took no responsibility and said we don't have another appointment for a week and a half. They didn't offer me anything like, for example, we will try to squeeze you in tomorrow or something. Completely cold people and let my dog suffer. It's a terrible business. I wouldn't bring any pet to this Veterinarian. There has to be some caring and empathy. There has to be some responsibility for the mistakes you make. Nothing ! Just arrogance and smugness.
