Dr. Hoffecker is absolutely wonderful. She is more into the care of our pets than how much money she can make off of our visit.

Great and professional staff from the minute I called and during the entire visit. Unlike so many other offices/facilities, they aren't out to 'run up the bill' to drain your funds. Dr. Hoffecker sat and listened to us, talked a bit, and then explained what her recommendations were -- without forcing her opinion on me -- and also explaining the costs of things along the ways. Receptionist was wonderful too. Highly recommend!!!

Their receptionist is an asshole. My mother called this morning asking for an emergency appointment for her dog who has been throwing up for 2 days straight, and the receptionist didn't attempt to help at all. She said no we have no openings. My mother asked what she should do, and the receptionist responded: Take him someplace else. No actual reccomendation, she did not put my mother on hold to ask the vet what she thinks, just no, take him some place else. I had a very similar experience with the receptionist. She does not care about the animals or their owners. She is awful and rude.

This vet is wonderful, but should hire a better person to handle her customers.
