Been going to Dr Hatayama for about 30 years for my crybabies needs. I live in Fresno and drive to see him. If you don't have an appt a long wait but worth it. The care he gives is as if they are his own and prices are very reasonable compared to other vets.

Here's a vet that truly is concerned about your 4 legged friend and not your pocket book. My son and daughter in law just took a cat in that was pregnant and was having a very difficult time giving birth and apparently couldn't and lost the kittens inside her. They took her to Dr. Hatayama and were seen in a matter of minutes. He did an ultrasound to verfiy if any hearts beating and did not see any kittens alive. He will be doing surgery to remove these poor little kittens and spay the mom and take care of her. He is the best!

I am EXTREMELY grateful for the love and attention my kitty received here (again) today, not to mention the super affordable cost. Dr. Hatayama and his staff truly care.

The facility is mediocre, phone and wait times can be long. But. It's worth it to me. I will only ever go to this clinic for my pets.

The staff was not friendly and I didn't feel welcome.
There pricing was fair but nothing was given away.
I will not return to this Vet again.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was so relieved when I saw that they were using advanced, current equipment. It made me feel so much better knowing that my pet was being treated with top-of-the-line equipment. They truly care about your animal.
