They were friendly and made me and my pet feel at home. I was so relieved when I saw that they were using advanced, current equipment. It made me feel so much better knowing that my pet was being treated with top-of-the-line equipment. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
