Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Dr. Haddock made sure every single question I had was answered,he and his staff are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They're very friendly, and the most welcoming vet and staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Great with animals, he is truely an "animal" whisperer.I was so impressed with the progress my pet made after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future of my cats and dog. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Haddock has been my vet for over 7 years. I always have an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
