I am not a regular customer. this vet was recommended by an acquaintance. He was rough with my dog. I had tests already done from my previous vet for heartworm. but because the fax was not coming quickly enough and he was behind, he wanted to take more tests which I refused. I live 3 hours away, but he wanted to reschedule my appt. I had already started treatment here or I would have turned around and left. His staff is wonderful and very helpful.
