I've taken three cats here over the past ten years for various problems. In each case, the folks at the clinic have been patient and thorough. There is a premium cost to having such good care available "after hours", however.

I had a minor emergency with my 10 year old dog while traveling and was referred to this clinic by another clinic. I arrived at 5 pm on Saturday and although the wait was a bit long, that was understandable as theuy take more serious cases first. But the receptionist was very friendly and helpful then the vet assistant I saw was outstanding, Lauren. She went out if her way to talk to me as did the Dr when she came in. They spent a very long time with me, did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. Although they had several other emergencies going on, she spent as much time as I needed to go over everything with me and addressed all my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic. Entire staff outstanding and very reasonable charges for an after hours emergency clinic.

I would like to thank Dr Pina and staff for everything they did to help my Cooper. I was treated with respect and they answered all my questions and never turned me down when I needed help. Thanks for being there during our hard time..

I phoned on april 19 for a pet emergency at 11am The receptionist was rude and unknowledgeable, The office opened at 1 on Saturday {this is emergency hours}.The receptionist could not even give directions to the clinic from loop 281 and she seemed put out that I phoned early. I quickly decided this clinic was not doing an emergency on my dog with a first impression from a staff member that was rude and acted like I imposed by calling before hours,,This is an emergency clinic I would stay away

We called and was told they were too busy and we would have to go to Tyler or Shreveport by the receptionist that answered the phone! She said if we just showed up it would be hours before anyone would talk to us.
