I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. In fact, I will warn others about Dr. Ron's unethical practices. My dog went in for a small 3cm benign growth. Dr. Ron removed it and left behind an 8-9 inch incision. Despite being heavily sedated, crated, and under 24 hour constant care, my dog began hemorrahging twice within 3 days. When we brought her in we we're charge 310.00 for visit, blood test, and compression Bandage. I expressed concern that the stitches were bulging and opening and looked infected. I asked for them to be redone or if they should add staples. They said " no, just keep her sedated" and sent us home. She began bleeding out again. I called and spoke with 2 different techs. Again, asked to have stitches redone. Told them the surgical site is hemorrhaging and there are pockets filling with blood under her skin and stitches are opening up. She called us back and said she spoke to the dr. And he said to tell us we will have to pay if we want to come in and have the incision site closed back up. She then provided us with a quote and stated we would have to pay for surgery, anesthesia, bandaging, stitches to be redone, etc., but that they would take 10.00 off emergency late hour fee. I said that I didn't think that was fair. Went in to their office anyway and asked to see dr. Ron re: my dogs surgical complications. I was told I would need to make an appt and I would be charged to meet with him. I asked for my medical records and they charged me 25.00 for them. Made me wait for 20 min while dr. Ron typed them up. Upon being handed the medical records, I reviewed than and realized Dr.Ron blatantly lied and falsified my dogs records. He wrote that my dog was unattended and indicated that she caused the hemorrhaging somehow... That we denied medical care, that my dog was over-active. ( my 10 year old golden-retriever who is on a heavy sedative and can't even walk she is so drugged)
We took her to another vet who redid her incision, put her on antibiotics, stapled her, bandaged her- at no charge (other than for meds, office visit) and now we have to take her in daily because she us battling an infection. Apparently, dr. Ron should have done internal and exterior stitches/staples and a drain. My poor dog is suffering and in pain and I'm a mess because she is still battling an infection. Not only is what he did awful- but he is a liar and he intentionally falsified my dogs records when he could have been helping my dog.

I took my dog to Dr. Ron's Animal hospital for a vaccination....just a couple of hours after the vaccine, my dog was listless...throwing up ..lethargic. Also, they trimmed my dogs nails...two bled..they used a styptic to stop the bleeding...her nails were trimmed so short she was in pain walking. I called the office and asked the vet to call me back...he did not..so I called back about an hour later. I called at least 3 or 4 times that day...he never called back...then just before closing hour a front office person told me to bring her in the next day. It was all about the money...nasty staff...I felt for the vet to not call back..that was rude and VERY UNCARING...also they were going to charge me another vet exam fee for her...when I asked for her record of the shot they refused to give it to me...They refused to give it to another vet! UN HEARD OF...UNHEARD OF! They wanted me to pay 45.00 for a copy of her vet visit...one time visit. This clinic in my opinion and experience was thw worst experience I have ever had with ANY vet regarding any of my pets through the years.....oh not to mention that over the phone....the receptionist said they would not talk to me anymore or do business with me....AS IF! NASTY They ddeny the whole incident...also deny trimming my dog's nails way to short and cutting the quick on two nails...I would not bring my pet rock here...BEWARE!
