small dog, tick byte, shot of antibiotic, benadryl , and antibiotic pills, 10 minutes of there time. $140 was very unreasonable.

Dr Randolph and staff have the best bedside manner of any vet I have ever been to. They gladly took time to calm down my excitable monster of a dog and after the heartworm blood test he was just so relaxed. Most vets I called wanted an arm and a leg for the first office visit and blood tests. Crossroads beat all their prices. Thank you!!!

We have taken our pets to this vet since we moved to Halls 5 years ago. We think they are top notch. They treat our dogs as if they are their own dogs. We feel as though they are giving them the very best care and us the very best advice. We have moved over an hour and a half away from this vet and still travel back to them because we like them and trust them that much.

I've gone to Crossroads Animal Clinic as far back as I can remember for my family member pets. They are always very professional and above everything, they are caring individuals. They are always most helpful with your needs whatever they may be.

I will continue to take my pets to them and will continue to recommend their services to others that I meet in need of an excellent Veterinarian.

They are really friendly, the whole staff. I've been going there approximately 5 years. Here recently my dog was in an extreme amount of pain due to bad hips. And I normally get her medication off of an online website.. My dog did run out of medication before it arrived through the mail. I called the vet and they helped me manage her pain until I received it. Which was the very day.. They did know her situation and thank god i didn't have to carry her to the vet's office. She weighs 120 lbs. They truly care about animals.. And I had to have my cat put to sleep due her being a diabetic. I didn't have her tested for it. And I took to the vet, she was VERY sick..went unconscious.. After, they figured out what was wrong. The vet said they would do whatever they could for her, but chances are she would not fully recover. OR i could have her put down. They are very honest people. They are not money Hungary and do not perform test without asking first. giving all honest information before YOU make a decision. AWESOME PEOPLE... WOULD AND DO STILL USE THEM.
