Part of my New Years Resolutions was to give thanks where due. So here goes: I owe the nurses and Dr. Olson at Cat Specialist a big THANKS!! They helped me and my kitty through a tough time. Peanuts had an ugly growth on her face that literally came up OVERNIGHT. They removed it using the laser, were sure that Peanut had generous pain control. She has made a full recovery and now she is beautiful again. You guys really care and it hasn't gone unnoticed! Although, with any luck we'll only see ya once or twice a year - no offense.

Going to the vet used to be a miserable experience for both BonBon and myself . . . and then we found Cat Specialist! They prescribed a medication to help with BonBon's car sickness, then were sweet and gentle, and they cleaned up her carrier when we arrived when she had an accident (thank you!). She likes to hunker in the sink in the exam room, but nonetheless seems much less stressed here. I will only take my kitty here!

My regular vet referred my cat here for I-131 treatment for hyperthyroidism. I was very impressed with the facility and the warm professionalism. When we arrived, we were greeted by name, taken to a clean quiet exam room, where we meet Dr. Olson. He did an exam on Tigger and then went through a PowerPoint presentation on the disease and the treatment - wow! I wish my own doctor would take that much time with me!!! Tigger is doing great post-treatment and has already gained back 1# in weight he had lost. Thanks for the helping our boy.

My kitty got sick (read: profuse vomiting) while our regular vet was out of town, so we were in a hurry to have her seen. We got an appointment the same day and I was impressed with the place - enough to write a review at least. While it may not be the cheapest vet, I felt there was value in the service. It seemed like Dr. Olson did reasonable but not excessive tests (I was worried about that from a specialist). He personally called the next day to report results and shared all of the records with our regular vet. Pleasant experience and my kitty is better now!

Hands down, best vet we've ever been to. This place is special and Dr. Olson will be our vet for life. He has given our Max wonderful care for his kidney disease! The staff is caring/warm, the building is clean, and the service is excellent - we never feel rushed! Our whole family has learned a lot more about cats and kidney disease thanks to the whole team at Cat Specialist. You can trust 'em with the routine day to day stuff but when the chips are down, there's nobody I'd rather have taking care of Max! Also, prices are reasonable for the high standard of medicine!
