The beginning of June I took my Lily there for a skin problem and they gave me meds, however, it did not take care of the problem. I have been trying to call to try and set up another appointment, but everytime I call I either get a fax machine, recording to leave name and number and I did leave my name and number 6/27/11 as of this 6/30/11 I have not received a return call. I know Joy is no longer there, maybe that's why I'm not getting return calls. I really liked Joy she was good at her job, she would return your call the same day. I couldn't wait any longer for a return call so I took my baby girl to Jumper Creek Vet Center in Bushnell and found the staff and the doctor very nice. I wish Joy had not left CARES.
