Dr, Greenwald and her staff are truly concerned with our Bonnie's health, safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern. They make an extra effort to make us feel respected and attended to. They listen to every question we may have, and readily respond in terms we understand. The office is very clean and friendly, and not intimidating to us or our dog. They are easy to reach when we need them; I never worry that they won't be able to see our dog. The level of service is excellent--consistently. They completely meet all our expectations and we will continue to go there. We have been coming to Canal Animal Clinic since we met Dr. Greenwald after moving to this area several years ago. She and her staff are absoutely wonderful, and kind to our Bonnie, who is a senior-aged dog. They are the absolute best when it comes to balancing care, compassion and professionalism. We are lucky to have found this practice and are grateful for their service. We also appreciate that they price their services fairly.
