Dr. Caldwell (the dad) is a very good vet. I've never had the daughter but heard she is very good, too (has to be if she learned from her dad). He takes so much time and is so knowledgeable. Also, he doesn't charge outrageous prices. He truly cares about animals and really is a kind person.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Excellent care! Both Dr. Caldwell and his daughter, also Dr. Caldwell, are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Everyone in the office is friendly and kind and always available to answer questions. They are reasonably priced and do not try to sell you products or services that aren't necessary. They work with you to find a treatment plan that is best for your situation. I really can't say enough positive things about the way they have cared for my dogs.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They would never leave me unattended and they are gentle and understanding with our pets. The staff knows what they're doing, and they're able to answer my questions. We have been taking our pets here for years, and trust Dr. Caldwell to care for them like his own.
