My dog was spayed on 04.27.22 by Anthony Briles. Today makes 1 week post-op and we have been to this clinic everyday this week because my dog is passing blood clots and in pain. This is not normal! We keep telling him something is wrong with my dog but all he does is charge more money for pain meds, pain injections and nausea injection. A week later she is still passing blood clots and this so called vet says it’s normal and is more concerned about a bad review then the dogs health
I’m contacting the state veterinary licensing board, Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, BBB, media and everyone that needs to be involved regarding my compliant/grievance on the unprofessional inexperienced Anthony Briles/vet clinic. We went back to the clinic today for the blood clots and when Briles walked in, instead of greeting us professionally he immediately put a piece of paper in my husband’s face asking if he wrote a review. I told him I wrote the review. (Yes this man printed out the review). He was more concerned about the 1-star review then being concerned about my dog. He banned her as a patient because of my review and that’s fine with me because he was over charging for his inexperienced services anyway.
Wonderful Service. Always takes the time to talk with you, regardless how busy they are. May not always be on time, emergencies happen, but the personal service is well worth the wait. With only one vet you know who you will see, instead of all those other vets that have so many on staff, you have to explain everything (animals history) all over again each time. You get the personal, at home service with Dr Briles and his staff. Reminds me of the country vets I grew up with...something that's hard to find in the city. He even took the time to address an issue through emails and phone calls when I wasn't even in town. Wish I found Dr. Briles when I first arrived in the area...I will always choose Dr Briles as long as I'm in the Humble/Aldine area
