I just moved to Chat from the Philadelphia area and needed to get my 17 wk old kitten her last 2 boosters. I had explained this when I made the appointment. I had to repeat why I was there several times. The office was ok as far as being clean but not impressed. It was loud they all sorts of doors open and only one other car in the parking lot. They did a fecal test and said she had roundworms and this may be right, but seemed odd when she was just seen a few wks ago at our vet at home who we adopted her from and who my family and I have used for over 20 yrs and she had been given the dewormer there. The vet was unkempt and seemed like he kept trying to force additional services on me. I have 2 other strictly indoor adult cats 14yrs and 4 yrs and he suggested I have them all micro-chipped and that with Pippa we have her declawed on the front (something I find to be inhumane and would NEVER subject any pet of mine to). I was definitely turned off and will be looking elsewhere to have her spayed in a few weeks.
