I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I definitely didn't trust them with my pet. I didn't think my pet was safe at all under their care. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Our puppy died one hour after leaving. We called back to be told they had no idea our puppy was that sick.
